Just wash your face with Goddess Unique's African black soap.  Pat dry your face but leave your nose wet. and then apply the nose strip to your nose.  The strip will not stick to a dry nose. Press down firmly. Dap some warm water on the mask and let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes until it dries. Slowly and carefully peel off the mask starting from the edge.
